Banana Berry Frosty SMoothie

Ingredients:
1 frozen banana, cut into chunks 
½ pt fresh raspberries 
½ pt fresh blueberries 
½ cup Plain Greek Yogurt 
½ cup Almond Milk 
1-2 Tbsp Honey 
¼ tsp Ground Ginger 
½ tsp Cinnamon

2 Cups cushed Ice

 
 

In a blender combine and pulse bananas and berries. Add in yogurt, almond milk and honey and pulse until thoroughly combined, then add ginger, cinnamon and pulse a few more times. Top with a few fresh raspberries.

Makes 4

 
For variations try using blueberry or raspberry greek yogurt.
2 cups Crushed Ice
