Autumn Apple Pumpkin Smoothie


1  cup canned pumpkin (not pie filling)
1 Cup Almond Milk
1 Cup plain Greek Yogurt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 Cup crushed ice
1 Cup Chopped crisp apples (like Staymen, Green, or Fuji)
1/2 cup apple cider (or apple juice)
2 crushed cinnamon graham crackers

Combine apples and spices and pulse in blender. Add in pumpkin, yogurt, Almond milk, apple juice and ice. Pulse until smooth. Top with graham cracker crumbs.
