Fresh Bruschetta

3Ripe Tomatoes
3 clovesGarlic, plus 1 for bread
Handful Fresh Parsley
Handful Fresh Basil
½ tspSea Salt
½ tspGround Mccormick Pepper With Garlic
2½ TbspOlive Oil, divided
½ tspOregano
1Loaf Italian or Crusty Bread, split in half

Pulse ingredients in a mini chopper or food processor. Split bread in half lengthwise and brush with a 1 tbsp olive oil. Rub with the garlic clove and toast under broiler or on grill for a few minutes. Slice and serve with bruschetta and remaining oil.
