Ingredients:
| 3 | Ripe Tomatoes | 
| 3 cloves | Garlic, plus 1 for bread | 
| Handful Fresh Parsley | |
| Handful Fresh Basil | |
| ½ tsp | Sea Salt | 
| ½ tsp | Ground Mccormick Pepper With Garlic | 
| 2½ Tbsp | Olive Oil, divided | 
| ½ tsp | Oregano | 
| 1 | Loaf Italian or Crusty Bread,  split in half Pulse ingredients in a mini chopper or food processor. Split bread in half lengthwise and brush with a 1 tbsp olive oil. Rub with the garlic clove and toast under broiler or on grill for a few minutes. Slice and serve with bruschetta and remaining oil. |
