|3 cloves||Garlic, plus 1 for bread|
|Handful Fresh Parsley|
|Handful Fresh Basil|
|½ tsp||Sea Salt|
|½ tsp||Ground Mccormick Pepper With Garlic|
|2½ Tbsp||Olive Oil, divided|
|1||Loaf Italian or Crusty Bread, split in half|
Pulse ingredients in a mini chopper or food processor. Split bread in half lengthwise and brush with a 1 tbsp olive oil. Rub with the garlic clove and toast under broiler or on grill for a few minutes. Slice and serve with bruschetta and remaining oil.
