Cold BUffalo Chicken Dip
Who doesn't love Buffalo Chicken wings?! You can have the flavor cold in a dip- perfect with tortilla dippers or crisp celery.
1 chicken breast- cooked and shredded
1 pkg. (8oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Texas Pete's hot sauce
1/2 cup Marie's Yogurt (lowfat) bleu cheese salad dressing
1/2 cup crumbled bleu cheese
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (I used Kraft's 3 cheddar blend)
Mix everything except chicken in a food processor or mini processor. Then add chicken and mix a few times. If you want more texture don't process chicken, just add to finished dip. Chill. If serving outside on a hot day I recommend putting the bowl in a slightly larger bowl filled with ice.
