Ingredients:
3 | Ripe Tomatoes |
3 cloves | Garlic, plus 1 for bread |
Handful Fresh Parsley | |
Handful Fresh Basil | |
½ tsp | Sea Salt |
½ tsp | Ground Mccormick Pepper With Garlic |
2½ Tbsp | Olive Oil, divided |
½ tsp | Oregano |
1 | Loaf Italian or Crusty Bread, split in half Pulse ingredients in a mini chopper or food processor. Split bread in half lengthwise and brush with a 1 tbsp olive oil. Rub with the garlic clove and toast under broiler or on grill for a few minutes. Slice and serve with bruschetta and remaining oil. |
